So far only used for collection or with delivery service. Here the burgers arrive still warm and everything is still tidy. Burger apart from the 0815 combinations. Always delicious

The food also tastes delivered like it was delivered on site, and tasty too! There have been no mix-ups or wrong deliveries. The delivery often takes a little longer, but I'm still very satisfied.

Great restaurant and mega reliable even in times of Corona!

Since we have heard a lot of good things, we have now ordered. First of all: we live on the Lindenhof, but I don't like the area around the restaurant because there are really dead pants there and it is right on the street. We are loyal Wittkoop customers and will remain so. The delivery was great. But the burgers were really boring, optically and tastefully and comparatively simply too expensive. The portion of fries was little and for the price actually outrageous. The ingredients are fresh, the meat and bun are really of great quality. But the toppings are really boring and arbitrary. We were not enthusiastic and will not order again ... not to go by anyway, because it is in the back of the ghetto and there are nicer corners in the Lindenhof ...

Delicious food, quick delivery but they forgot the sauce! Not too disappointed because the taste made up for it. 😁

The burgers, fries and sauces here are all delicious. High quality ingredients and a lot of good options for vegetarian/vegan burgers :)

My favorite restaurant! Always good quality and super nice staff. Even in times of Corona, I feel safe when I pick up my food and everything always goes smoothly.

The best burger in Mannheim, the vegetarian one is also very tasty. Have already ordered 6/7 times and each time the delivery came home after 25 minutes, so highly recommended

Price / performance is not at all. Burger was dry and fries soft. Definitely better places to go. The service was great during our visit and therefore the 2 stars.

Very nicely decorated. Great atmosphere and good music in the background. We hadn't reserved but still got a seat. The selection of burgers is very large and leaves nothing to be desired. And last but not least, a very friendly service, which I haven't seen for a long time

Very stylish burger restaurant. The menu offers a variety of delicious burgers, as well as a large selection of vegetarian and vegan variants. The theme of the restaurant is lovingly designed and based on old fairy tales. The design also contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. Birch trunks are set up in the entire dining area. That gives you the feeling that you are sitting in a forest. The burgers are very tasty and there is something for everyone in the selection. The only thing I have to complain about is that there is no plant-based milk alternative for coffee drinks in addition to the rich vegan food offer. It should urgently be improved. Otherwise the restaurant is recommended.

We went to Hans im Glück for the first time today. The restaurant is very clean, the food incredibly tasty and the staff very accommodating. We were there with family and our baby. It was so nice to see how all employees treated our little daughter so lovingly despite a lot of stress. There is also a changing table that was clean. We will come back. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable

Poor delivery service. The burgers and the fries came cold and it took 90 minutes to arrive. Maybe it is worthy to try at the store, but the delivery I wouldn't recommend, and you still need to pay for this kind of service. I hope it helps to improve the service quality.

By the way, this is THE first * HANS IM GLÜCK * 🚾RESTROOM🚽🧻that TIP TOP was clean. 👍 There is a large terrace behind the restaurant and a few benches in front of it. There is a parking garage🅿️ 20 meters behind the restaurant. We would like to come again.

Are very satisfied. The young people from the staff were super nice and accommodating. Food was delicious and adequately portioned. Price / performance ratio definitely satisfactory. Ambience is the typical "Hans im Glück Style". Employees may well deserve a raise 😁!

Hans im Glück simply has the best burgers and the best cocktails. The burgers don't cost much more than the big burgers at the golden M and, in contrast, you get full for your money and get food made from high quality ingredients. Always my pleasure!

It was really delicious. The new pretzel roll also fits very well. Nice service staff and fast service. I also like the ambience very much and invites you to sit down and have a drink after dinner. The vegan and vegetarian alternatives can also be 💯% recommended. Keep up the good work and serve us the delicious burgers.

Really good foot, but also expensive

It was very nice and delicious. Unforgettable atmosphere. The young condition was a totally nice man. Unfortunately with the drinks didn't work out soooo today = the waiting time was quite long.

I really like the hamburgers and the salads there. Also the fries are really good. They have a large variety of cocktails and the service is friendly. I’m giving 4 stars just because of the sits. Sitting there is terrible and uncomfortable.

Super recommended! Was there with my girls and the restaurant is equally suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Have only max. Having to wait 20 minutes for food and drinks despite the fact that the restaurant was full. Highly recommended we will definitely be back! 😊😍

Its good but it taste better in different branches like Heidelberg and its around 30 min. With tram and 15 min. In S-bhan. The restaurant location is bad they can locate better.
